1. Who we are

This website, https://inprominox.eu, is operated by „СТАЛЕФ“ ЕООД (INPROMINOX), 34G Maksim Raykovich str., 5140 Lyaskovets, Bulgaria. 2. What data we collect

We collect only what you give us and what the website needs to function:

  • Enquiry data. Name, email address, company, telephone number and the project details you type into our contact form.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by the web server for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To operate and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site.
  • To meet accounting and commercial record keeping obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to three years afterwards so we can pick up an earlier conversation. Records connected to a contract are kept for the period Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf, and with our email provider so that we can reply to you. Where a regional representative is better placed to help, we may forward your enquiry to them and will say so when we reply.

6. Third party services

Some pages load Google Maps and Google Fonts. These are blocked until you give consent through the cookie banner. When loaded they may receive your IP address. See Google’s own privacy policy for details.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You may also ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@inprominox.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the enquiry inbox is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
