Pharmaceutical reactors
Reactors for the pharmaceutical industry are made of high-alloy stainless steels AISI 316 with chromium, nickel and molybdenum content, which are corrosion-free and can withstand repeated steam sterilisation and disinfectant treatment. Standard version:
— cylindrical vessel with elliptical bottom and lid;— stirring mechanism with different stirrer configurations according to the product to be processed;— water jacket;— insulation: mineral wool or polyurethane foam;— all-welded panelling;— sight glass;— inlet/outlet connections on flanges;
Technical characteristics:
— made of stainless steel 1.4571 (DIN EN 10028-7:2000);— roughness of the surface in contact with the product Ra -1,6-0,63;— operating temperature — 1200C;— pressure in the vessel — 0,7 — 4 bar;— pressure in the jacket — up to 6 bar;Intended use: Thermal treatment, settling or mixing of different substances in pharmaceuticals, perfumery.
